my whole grain pita was moldy at lunchtime :(, so .. I hopped across the street to our Metro grocery and FOUND the Ezekiel bread!  I&#039;ve kept it in the freezer (which is probably what i should have done with my pita!).  It&#039;s not too bad, just a little plain with low sodium, but hey, if it&#039;s doing wonderful things in my body .. great!  Do you happened to have a nutritional breakdown of this bread (it&#039;s not on the package OR the website .. for some reason...)
