		<description>I definitely find that when I chop up my veggies (like carrots, peppers, cukes, etc.) and put them in a container in the fridge, they get eaten up much faster than they do if I leave them whole.  We are even likely to snack on them in between meals this way!

b) To get my veggies, I eat a huge salad (mixed greens with chopped up (lol) peppers/cucumber/green onion/tomato/whatever&#039;s in the fridge) before every meal, that way I don&#039;t have to think about it, plus it fills me up and Idon&#039;t eat as much of the other stuff
