		<description>Congratulations!  I had a baby boy last November and I lost the weight by walking, walking, walking every day.  One or two power walks per day and the pounds melted off (thankfully).  I also reduced my portion sizes at meals and ate a variety of healthy snacks throughout the day (a few almonds, dried fruit... stuff like that).</description>

		<description>these are great tips.  I had my baby 7 yrs ago.  I just shed 30lbs this summer .. so, took me this long to get busy and figure out what works for me.
Also, mid-morning 1/3 1%cottage cheese with any berries or apple slices.
Breakfast of 2 eggwhites with oatmeal - cook like a pancake, put syrup or almond butter.
dinner .. protien plus at least 2 veggies and no carb.
I need to find other healthy crunchy stuff .. I&#039;m really loving lays 50% less salted chips :) - so need to substitute the need for crunch</description>
