Ok, this is great.  Thanks for bringing me over here.  :)  

I love sweet potatoes - they are like candy.  I can&#039;t get enough of them.  I usually buy a few a week &amp; mix them in w/white potatos or any number of green veggies.  mmmmm

Flax seed!  I add what is probably a tablespoon of ground flax seed into my morning banana smoothie.  Great &amp; easy way to get the Omega3s.  And, easier than trying to read labels or being sure supplements don&#039;t have any fish oil.  Ick.

		<description>Great info and inspiration!  I want to go get some kale now.  The salad looks delish!I&#039;m definitely trying both.  My girls will only eat sweet potatoes if I cut and bake them like french fries and sprinkle cinnamon on them. 
I read somewhere long ago that citric acid inhibits the absorbtion of calcium so I did a quick search and found this from Dr. Weil (who I love) check it out for some good info
